2. REIMBURSEMENT GUIDE 

Securing your reimbursement in 4 simple steps: 

Receive your Therapy/Consultation Bill via Email.

Pay the bill via online bank transfer to our IBAN.

Submit your bill and proof of payment to your insurance provider through their online member portal. 

Your claim will be processed with the highest priority. 

Billing Frequency: We bill our patients/clients weekly and/or after every 5th appointment. 

 

Excluded services: Services such as nutritional consultation, massage therapy, personal training, metabolic optimization, combat fitness readiness preparation are billed separately and might not be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance provider. 

Direct Billing Arrangement Option
Please contact us to determine if your health insurance provider supports direct billing. We currently provide an direct billing arrangement option with the following insurance providers:

For specific insurance providers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare and potentially Cigna a pre authorization and/or guarantee of benefits/coverage (GOB) might be necessary to provide you with coverage of your therapy services.

Insurance Information: Please refer to your insurance provider's terms and conditions for details on claiming therapy/consultation costs, receiving reimbursement, and managing your deductible and member responsibility.
