Initial Evaluation and Physical Therapy Sessions
- Includes a thorough evaluation, development of a therapy intervention plan, and an array of treatment options such as manual therapy, movement correction, and specialized therapies.

Reassessment
- Focuses on evaluating progress and adjusting therapy interventions as needed.

Rehabilitation Therapy
- A phased program encompassing all aspects of physical therapy treatments and interventions, designed for optimal recovery.

Nutritional Consultation
- Initial and follow-up sessions offer personalized nutritional planning and support.

4. Billing and Reimbursement Guidelines

To ensure a smooth financial process, we kindly ask our clients to review their insurance coverage in advance. Our billing system is straightforward:
 

 

1. Receive your therapy bill via E-Mail.

2. Make payments through direct bank transfer.

3. Submit your bill and payment proof to your insurance for reimbursement claim through their online portal.

4. Your claim will be processed promptly.

We issue bills weekly and/or after every third session. Direct billing arrangements can be discussed for those whose insurance supports it. It's crucial to consult your insurance provider's terms for reimbursement and deductible details.

5. Out-of-Pocket Services

Beyond our core therapy services, we offer a range of out-of-pocket options designed to further support your health and wellness goals. These include weight management programs, personal training, athletic training, supplementation, and more. Each service is geared towards enhancing your lifestyle and overall well-being.
