Cancellation Policy

At E.G.T RAMSTEIN, PHYSIO ATHLETICS and PHYSIO ELITE, we strive to provide the best care and service to all of our clients. To ensure an efficient and smooth experience, please review and adhere to the following booking policy: BOOKING PROCESS Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting our office directly. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details. Please ensure all information is correct. For first-time clients, an Initial Evaluation is required before starting any therapy sessions to tailor the treatment plan to your specific needs. LATE ARRIVALS We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the following clients, but the full session fee will still apply. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window without a valid emergency reason will incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of the session. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the same cancellation fee. NO-SHOW POLICY In the event of a no-show without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. PAYMENT TERMS Payment for services is due at the time of booking for online appointments or at the time of the session for in-person appointments unless otherwise arranged (See Therapy Rates & Billing Intake Document). We accept all major forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. AGREEMENT By booking an appointment with PHYSIO ATHLETICS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy, including our rates and cancellation guidelines.
